2. What is collected

Only what you send us, plus what every web server sees.

  • Meeting form, required: your name, work email, company or project name and your consent.
  • Meeting form, optional — only if you fill them in: what kind of client you are, a short project description, the package you are asking about, preferred week and time of day, phone number and meeting language. Your browser fills in your time zone; it is shown to you before you send.
  • Context sent with the form: the page you sent it from, the page language and, if you came from a case study, its name. No IP address is stored with your request.
  • Personal pages (/for/…): if we sent you a link to a page prepared for your company, opening it records that the page was opened (page address, language, time) — no IP address, no cookie.
  • Server logs: Hostinger’s web servers log each request (IP address, time, requested address, browser string) for security and operation. We do not combine them with anything else or use them to profile anyone.
  • Statistics: none. No analytics or advertising tool runs on these sites.
  • Cookies: none. The only browser storage is a session marker on personal pages so that a visit is counted once; it disappears when the tab is closed.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

  • To answer your request and arrange the meeting: steps you ask for before a contract and your consent — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (a); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c).
  • The Telegram notification described below: your explicit consent, given with the box under the form — KVKK Art. 5(1) and Art. 9; GDPR Art. 49(1)(a).
  • If we work together: running the project, invoicing and keeping the records the law requires — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (ç).
  • Server logs and site security: legitimate interest — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f).
  • Nothing is sold, used for advertising or automated decisions, or added to a newsletter. There is no newsletter.

4. Who receives it

  • Hostinger, UAB (Švitrigailos g. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Lithuania) hosts both sites, the control panel and its database as our processor. Server location: France (EU). Hostinger lets each customer choose the data centre (hostinger.com/support/1583267-where-are-your-servers-located); for servers outside the EU/EEA it relies on the EU standard contractual clauses (hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy).
  • Telegram: when a request arrives, the control panel sends Burak one notification to his own Telegram account with your name, company, email and preferred time. Telegram’s servers are outside Türkiye and may be outside the EU. The notification is deleted together with your request.
  • Nobody else, unless the law requires it (for example a court or the tax office).

5. How long

  • Requests that do not lead to a project: deleted 12 months after the last contact.
  • Personal-page views: deleted after 12 months.
  • Project and invoicing records: as long as tax and commercial law require (in Türkiye generally 5 to 10 years).
  • Server logs: only for the short period Hostinger keeps them.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and a portable copy of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before). You may complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you can also learn whether and why your data is processed, to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, ask for correction or deletion and for recipients to be told, object to a result reached solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest; after that you may apply to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).

Write to hello@burkiwski.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are before answering.

7. Changes

If the way these sites use data changes, this page changes first.
